Shipping and Returns

At Tihani, we do everything we can to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Here’s all you need to know about shipping and returns.

SHIPPING

Delivery zones: We currently ship within the European Union and to French overseas territories only. Orders placed outside these areas will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or French public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times: Indicative delivery times are :

  • Mainland France: 1–3 business days from dispatch

  • EU (outside France): 2–6 business days from dispatch

  • French overseas territories: delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery methods: Home delivery or pick-up point (depending on destination) via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

Indicative shipping rates:

  • France (mainland):

    • Pick-up point: Free shipping

    • Home delivery: €7.90

  • French overseas territories: €11.90 (home delivery only). Please note that shipments to French overseas territories may be subject to local taxes (such as octroi de mer) and customs clearance fees, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Rest of the EU: €14.90 (home delivery only)

💙 Free shipping on orders over €150, regardless of destination or delivery method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  1. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  2. TIHANI will refund the price of the products as well as the standard shipping costs paid at the time of the order.Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (unless there is an error on our part or a defective product).

  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
