Shipping and Returns

At Tihani, we do everything we can to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Here’s all you need to know about shipping and returns.

SHIPPING

Delivery zones: We currently ship within the European Union only. Orders placed outside our delivery zones will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times (indicative)

  • France (mainland): 1–5 business days from dispatch

  • EU (outside France): 2–6 business days from dispatch

  • Remote EU destinations: up to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery methods: Home delivery or pick-up point (depending on destination) via Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay.

  • France (mainland):

    • Pick-up point: Free shipping

    • Home delivery: €8.90

  • Rest of the EU:

    • Rates vary depending on the country and delivery method

    • Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment

💙 Free shipping on orders over €150, regardless of destination or delivery method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  1. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  2. TIHANI will refund the price of the products as well as the standard shipping costs paid at the time of the order.Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
